What are my payment options?
PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Klarna, Maestro, GooglePay and ApplePay.
When will my mat arrive?
All mats are delivered within 5 days. (3 days processing 2 day shipping)
Can I track my order?
Yes - all orders are shipped 48-tracked with Royal Mail just use your tracking number on the Track Your Order page. We will send you your tracking information within 3 days of ordering.
Can I return my order?
You can return your order for ANY reason within 30 days - please see returns policy for full details.
Can I send in a custom design?
If you have a specific idea in mind for a mat, we can work with you to get it done for a premium cost. Please email sales@simplymats.co.uk with your idea and we'll respond within 48 hours.
